Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi N’tichka Pass -Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate- Skoura

On Marrakech To Fez Tours via Merzouga 4 days 3 nights Desert tour, Pick up at 07:30 A.M.Drive to Ouarzazate via High Atlas mountains and Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260 m in altitude) while enjoying superb views of the mountains and Berber Villages on the way. We’ll have many stops to capture unforgettable photos and enjoy the cool air.

12.30H: lunch at the local restaurant in Tichka.

14.30H: After lunch, drive to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah(UNESCO world heritage site) where families still living in fortified Ksar. We’ll have much time to discover this natural decoration for many movies around 20 movies which were shot in this attractive area like: “Lawrence of Arabia”, “The Mummy”, “Jesus of Nazareth”…, we’ll stroll and cross a dried river to discover Ait Benhaddou Kasbahs.

18.00H: Continue to your Riad at Ait Ben where you’ll spend your night/dinner. DAY 2: Ouarzazate – Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga.

09.30H: leave for Merzouga Passing through impressive castles–Valley of Roses and Dades valley beautiful valleys in the south.

11.00H: Visit Kelaat Mgouna, Berber city which celebrates the yearly May festival of roses. With the driver, you’ll meet locals and see rose water products made only from natural roses.

13.00H: Continue to Valley Todra at the entrance of Gorges Tineghir where we’ll make a stop to discover the place, and have some information about history, culture, tradition also way of life. In Todra Valley you’ll have an idea of how the Tribal chief manages life in his tribe.

14.30H: Have lunch at a chic local restaurant at Todra gorges.

16.30H: Leave for Erg Chebbi in Merzouga Sahara desert with many stops to capture memorable photos and enjoy the attractive views.

18.00H: On arrival, to Merzouga transfer to hotel/riad (Overnight/Dinner)

Day 3: Merzouga – Desert Adventure and Camel Trekking.

08.30H: Get up, have Breakfast at Hotel/Auberge

10.30H: Excursion 4*4, Drive through sand dunes and fabulous landscapes stop to watch nomadic black tents and visit nomadic families to drink with them a cup of tea and discover what a nomadic and Berber culture, tradition and life look like.

12.30H: We’ll have a funny excursion to Rissani to see Kasbah and old palaces; we’ll have dinner with a traditional meal known as the Moroccan pizza « Madfouna »

14.00 H: Back to the hotel to relax and be ready for a camel trek

15.00H: We’ll enjoy the camel ride to discover the most fascinating sight ever seen, superb sunset in the middle of the high sand dunes of Merzouga (Erg Chebbi).

18.30H: Transfer by camel to Sahara desert camp where we’ll have an amusing dinner under the starry sky, sweet and cool air, watching a spectacular Moroccan show of Berber folklore around a central fire pit where musicians banging drums. Be sure you’ll not just listen and dance you’ll also attempt to sing along. Since the drums vibrating are very fabulous, You’ll enjoy also a traditional Berber meal “Berber tajine” and drinking mint tea while sitting on cushions you’ll spend a mythical night like you are in a 1000 starts hotel or more. Overnight will be in the desert tents.

Day 4: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Midlet – Azrou – Fes

Early morning, we’ll enjoy Sun rising in the desert of Merzouga by camel riding back to the hotel /riad for a delicious Breakfast & shower.

09:00H: Depart towards Fes, passing through Rissani, stopping to discover the culture of this town visiting Zawiya Moulay Ali Ash-Sharif established to honour Alawite dynasty founder, dramatic Ziz valley, another Stop at Saad el Hassan el Awal.

13:00H: On our way, to Midelt town we’ll have lunch at local REST.

14:00H: Continue through Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping at the attractive forest where we’ll enjoy time with the Barbary ape (Monkeys) leaping from higher tree branches, fresh air, jagged rock faces & charming Berber villages. Moving to Ifrane” Morocco Switzerland” which was established by the French in 1930 to see the famous landmark, Stone Lion. Then, Azrou with visit local nomads who live in a cave for mint tea with them to learn more about their way of life & have information about their culture & Morocco Berber history.

Continue to Fes city.

18:00H Finally, on arrival transfer to Hotel/Riad. End of Marrakech Fes via Merzouga 4 days 3 nights Desert tour.
